Park Recruitment has long been recognised as one of the Channel Islands’ most personable and people-focused recruitment agencies. Having previously refreshed their brand, we were invited back to evolve it once again, ensuring it stayed relevant to today’s market.
Strategy
Our strategy was to create a more grown-up identity that carried greater confidence while retaining the whimsical personality that made the brand a local favourite. The spirit of the Park brand has stayed consistent, but the visual identity has been stretched to an aesthetic that more accurately represents how Park sees themselves, and gives greater flexibility in how they connect with their ideal clients on a human level.

Project details
The new look Park feels simultaneously more personal and more professional; it understands when to speak casually and when to speak more formally. The complimentary typefaces offer a wider tonal spectrum across communications, whilst the updated colour palette offers both versatility and character.
The rollout extended across digital and physical touchpoints. Marketing templates and office materials were all updated to reflect the new balance of professionalism and playfulness. The result is a brand that feels familiar yet evolved, giving Park a distinctive presence that will serve them for years to come while still celebrating the human qualities that make them unique.
