Project overview

Launching a new estate agency in Guernsey takes confidence. The market is crowded with long established names, many of which feel corporate, traditional and increasingly impersonal. This project set out to create something different. The ambition was to build an agency centred around people, service and experience, supported quietly by modern technology working behind the scenes.

Strategy

The name itself already tells the story. Everyone understands what home means, but it means something slightly different to each person. Rather than designing a brand that tries to explain the industry, the focus was on capturing the feeling of home itself. The identity needed to feel welcoming, optimistic and inclusive. A brand that works for everyone, across every demographic, while standing confidently apart from the muted corporate tones of the sector.

Project details

The solution places typography, colour and tone of voice at the centre of the brand. The wordmark is simple, warm and confident, allowing it to sit naturally within language and messaging. This flexibility allows the brand to become part of everyday phrases such as “Find your home” or “Sell your home”, reinforcing the name as a living part of the conversation.

A vibrant and expansive colour palette brings the brand to life across print, signage and digital media. Large blocks of colour, bold typography and playful messaging create a brand that feels energetic, human and approachable. Rather than restricting the identity to one or two fixed colours like many competitors, the system embraces variety and adaptability, ensuring the brand always feels fresh, expressive and unmistakably its own.

Home

The strength of this brand comes from the name itself. Our role was simply to create a system that allows that idea to connect with people in a bold, confident and memorable way.
