GTA

Flexible learning, flexible branding

Project overview

GTA is Guernsey’s leading provider of professional training and development, helping individuals and organisations build practical skills for career progression and business growth. With courses spanning leadership, compliance, technology, finance, project management and personal development, GTA needed a brand and website flexible enough to support a wide range of learners, subjects and industries while still feeling instantly recognisable.

Strategy

Flexible learning needed flexible branding. The strategy focused on creating a visual system that could stretch across hundreds of courses, campaigns and formats without becoming fragmented. Bold colours, graphic symbols, patterns and confident typography give GTA a more distinctive voice, while clear structure and professional imagery keep the brand credible for employers, partners and learners.

Brand Identity

Flexible learning, flexible branding

Project details

The identity uses a toolkit of repeating dots, directional shapes and expressive symbols to communicate progress, movement and personal growth. These elements can be scaled, cropped, repeated and reworked across social content, printed materials, signage, merchandise and course promotion, giving the brand energy and variety without losing consistency.

Potting Shed and DEXM worked with GTA to ensure the website applies the same thinking to a practical digital experience. Clear course categories, search-led journeys, featured learning, testimonials and flexible content sections help users find the right training quickly. Across every touchpoint, the brand presents GTA as a modern learning provider that makes development feel accessible, valuable and full of opportunity.

GTA

“Potting Shed quickly understood our challenge and created a brand system that gives us both consistency and flexibility as we continue to grow.”

Ollie Smith - Head of Brand & Marketing
