Bank Aston entered the market with a clear ambition: to modernise offshore banking through a more refined, transparent and globally minded experience. Our brief was to create a brand and digital presence that felt trustworthy, sophisticated and quietly confident, while avoiding the coldness and complexity often associated with the financial sector. The result needed to communicate stability and momentum with clarity, allowing the brand to feel premium and approachable from the outset.
Strategy
The strategy focused on precision and restraint. Rather than relying on traditional banking cues or excessive visual language, we focused on building a system that felt effortless, composed and highly functional. A minimal framework of typography, spacing and motion created consistency across every touchpoint, while subtle contrast and graphic rhythm introduced a sense of modernity and forward movement. Every decision was designed to reinforce trust, confidence and ease.

The identity system is clean, structured and intentionally understated, combining a restrained colour palette with confident typography and graphic language. Every element was designed to scale seamlessly across digital platforms, campaign assets and physical applications, creating a brand that feels consistent and credible in any context.
The website extends this approach through a calm, immersive digital experience. Thoughtful layouts, refined motion, and carefully balanced pacing make the information feel accessible and intuitive while maintaining a sense of sophistication throughout. Alongside the brand and digital rollout, we collaborated with an established UK production team to edit Bank Aston’s bespoke launch promotional film, helping to shape a cinematic introduction to the brand that aligned seamlessly with the wider identity system.
