Preserving Guernsey's heritage for future generations is a statement that The National Trust have certainly lived up to. Established in 1960, it's fair to say the future is here.
Modernising the typography for this A5 booklet went a long way to maintaining current design relevance, whilst ensuring the style feels timeless and historic.
A modern hygge-style colour scheme uses a cosy palette that extends to the image grading, creating harmony throughout the supplied imagery and overall design.
Despite the small size limiting the grid's prospects, the dual columns and thoughtful typesetting improve legibility for the reader, alongside flourishes that break up visual fatigue across the 32 pages.
Here's to another 60 years of heritage preservation in Guernsey.
