Siena Group welcomes you to their most exclusive development to date, Les Bardeaux. These eleven luxurious apartments required an equally high-end brand and brochure.
Project details
We opted for a hand-drawn, elegant monogram to work both as a solo icon and full logo lockup throughout the marketing material.
With a G.F Smith colorplan outer and Heaven 42 inner, including white ink and a touch of foil, the brochure showcases the architecture and interior design with refined typography and a tactile luxury feel.
The flexible grid allows the imagery both scale and space while breaker pages of full-colour specifications aid rapid reference and visual contrast.
Complete with matching staples and a rear pocket, this small run but complex project met with a very happy client.
