Legal Corners?
28 January 2013

The Jersey based legal aces at The Overseas Chambers of Peter Harris contacted us to design them a brand and stationery set that reflected their highly bespoke service and expertise in both French and UK law.
The subsequent brand used the classical lines of Garamond, designed in the fifteenth century by master French typographer Claude Garamond, with traditional thermography on high-end ultra pulpy uncoated stock, and focuses on conveying the sense of the craft provided by Peter and his team.
It was also the first time we'd been asked to produce legal corners. We had no idea what they were, but after a bit of head scratching and checking of Wikipedia, we discovered that they are a device used to hold together legal documents before stapling them. You learn something new every day in this game.

Testimonials
"Potting Shed took the time to understand the product and our purpose and created a clean, fun and fresh look which our clients comment on regularly. They then took the brand and product to the next level for us by creating our product video and website, and the storyboard and visual process that the team created really brought it to life."

"We worked alongside Potting Shed to create an identity that embodies who we are, and why we do what we do. These projects have contributed to a more connected team who believe in our organisation at a deep level. When your people believe in what you do and take ownership over their culture and workplace, growth is the natural outcome."
