We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Sophie Baudains to complete a week of work experience in our Guernsey studio. Sophie has recently graduated Fine Art at Arts University Bournemouth and has an interest in pursuing a career in the creative industry.

Sophie took on our popular "Little Big Brew Co." brief and applied herself with aplomb, combining a variety of different skills, techniques, and applications to bring her vision to life.

As well as being an aspiring designer, Sophie is an exceptional baker - bringing in a box of delicious brownies that shot her straight to the top of our favourite students list.

"I am most grateful to the team at Potting Shed. I had an amazing time and everyone was so helpful. I cannot say how useful I found everyone’s help and guidance while I was exploring my passion for design."

We have been impressed with Sophie's development over the course of her five-day work experience; particularly her willingness to use new applications and attitude to constructive feedback.

Sophie is currently developing her portfolio before looking to enter full-time employment at a local agency. We wish her all the best in the future and welcome her back to the Shed any time (especially if she keeps bringing brownies…).
